Breakaway Attire: Ottobrata in Zafferana

Questa mattina io ed Irene saremmo dovute andare, con alcuni nostri amici, all'Ottobrata di Zafferana: una festa che si tiene ogni anno, per tutto il mese di ottobre e in cui ci si può deliziare con dolci tipici siciliani, giochi, balli e bancarelle di vario genere :D Inoltre Zafferana è un delizioso paesino situato sul monte Etna, dove si gode di un favoloso panorama delle coste dell'ovest della Sicilia. Proprio ciò che ci serviva per "fuggire"!
Peccato che Iry sia a casa malaticcia =P E sperando che passi presto... sono andata solo io alla sagra!
L'ultima volta che io ne avevo preso parte ero piccola e devo dire che è decisamente migliorata! C'era maggiore organizzazione, sicurezza e comfort. Quindi si poteva stare maggiormente tranquilli. Inoltre per migliorare il tutto, ho pure trovato un negozio vintage tra una bancarella e l'altra!

Magnifica domenica mattina...

This morning Irene and I had to go with some friends of ours to the "Ottobrata" in Zafferana, a festival celebrated each year throughout the month of October, where you can enjoy typical Sicilian sweets, games, dances and different stands :D
Zafferana is a charming village located on the Mount Etna and offers a wonderful view of the Sicilian west coast. Everything we needed for a breakaway!
Unfortunately Iry is sick at home. Hoping her fever will go away soon ... I went to the festival on my own!
The last time I went to "Ottobrata" I was younger; i find it better now than before! There's more organization, security and comfort, so you can be more relaxed. Last but not least, I found a vintage shop hidden between the stands!
