Cold is coming!

Finalmente anche qui in Sicilia arriva il freddo!
Possiamo incominciare ad indossare sciarpe, giacche e collant senza aver paura che il calore ci faccia sciogliere sulla soglia di casa.
Le persone organizzate (Alessandra) fanno il cambio di stagione, quelle disorganizzate (io) dicono che lo faranno; incomincia la stagione del tè, della cioccolata calda, delle castagne e della mia amata coperta IKEA a strisce; insomma tutti contenti :)

Cold weather has finally come to Sicily, too!
We can start wearing scarves, jackets and tights without fearing that the heat will make us melt right out the door.
Organised people (Alessandra) rearrange their closets for the change of season, unorganised people (me) say they will do it sooner or later; this is the right season for tea, hot chocolate, chestnuts and my beloved IKEA striped blanket; good news everywhere :)

Alessandra è venuta a casa mia e abbiamo fatto un picnic in salotto!
Tè e biscotti sopra alla suddetta coperta IKEA, e già che c'eravamo abbiamo anche scattato qualche foto:

Poi Ale ha incontrato delle amiche e sono state alla Rinascente, io sono rimasta a casa sempre per la voce!

Then Ale met some friends and they went together to Rinascente; I stayed home, still because of my voice!

E mentre guardavo La Vita Segreta di Una Teenager Americana spaparanzata sul divano, loro si godevano frappé e cioccolate calde :D

So while I was watching The Secret Life of The American Teenager lying on my couch, they enjoyed milkshakes and hot chocolates :D


Ale ovviamente è andata su di giri per tutte le decorazioni di Natale già esposte (lei è una Natalomane, e quelli della Rinascente sono prematuri: pessima accoppiata! ;)) e per l'oggettistica extra large della... beh... Extra Large!

Ale obviously got hyper for both all the Christmas decorations already on sale (she's a Christmas freak, and people at Rinascente do their stuff way too early: worst combination ever! ;)) and the extra large items from this, well... "Extra Large" collection!
